Opened on June 26, 1949, two years after the death of the climber Lluís Estasen, this equipment was built in Jaça dels Prats, a splendid meadow at the foot of the challenging rocky wall of Pedraforca, one of the the most emblematic mountains of the country. In 1977, an important remodeling and expansion took place. The equipment currently has a capacity of 81 places distributed in two rooms located on the first floor of the building, a bucolic stone-built stone cottage. Step by step if you want to climb the Pedraforca or if you make the popular Cavalls del Vent route.
