Emergency equipment without guard. Without reservation. Leave as clean as possible. The rest of users will thank you. The refuge is a prefabricated metal hut, directed by FEEC - FED. OF ENTITIES EXCURS. of CATALUÑA where it has a small kitchen, bunk beds, and emergency station. It has rivers in the vicinity of the refuge. There are shelters kept in its vicinity as those of Certascan, Pleta del Prat and Casa Sastr. Ascents: Ventolau (2,849 m), Gallina (2,714 m), Major (2,758 m), Mont-roig (2,864 m), Estanyet (2,659 m) and Mariola (2,663 m).

How to get there

GPS coordinates: Latitude: 42.7059 Longitude: 1.189
Access on foot: From Quanca, we will leave north to the Tavascan port. In a short while, however, we will fall to the west to follow the torrent of La Roia de Mollàs through the High Pyrenees Route (ARP) to the shelter (2.45 pm). From Tavascan 6 h, from Certascan 8 h, from La Pleta del Prat 3:30 h, from Les Bordes de Quanca 4h, from Pleta Palomera 3h, and from El Formet 6h.
Access by car: Arrive to the village of Sort (Lleida) where from Sort we continue along the C-13 passing through Rialp to Llavorsá where we take the L-504 C-381 where later we take the detour of the L-504 - C381 towards Ribera de Cardús to Tavascan from where we will take a road to Quanca, from there we will take the road that takes us directly to the refuge of MONT-ROIG "ENRIC PUJOL".
Zone: Vall de Cardós, Parc Natural de l'Alt Pirineu.
Emplacement: A l'esquerra del desguàs de l'estany Inferior de la Gallina, a sota el cim del Mont-roig.
