How to get there: On the SO-850 road, 1.3 km from Covaleda towards Salduero, there is a track
first asphalted signpost that after 5 km leads to the refuge.

It belongs to the Natural Area of: ENP Sierra de Urbión.

Distance to the nearest town: 6 km.
