Shelter - Refugio de la Barranca

Description

It is located in the Garganta del Pinar or 5 lagoons, below the lagoon of Majalaescoba.
It is accessed by climbing the Garganta from Navalperal de Tormes and about 3 hours from the town.
The refuge is a hut of those that abound by Gredos, that has been reformed recently changing its traditional roof of brooms for one of tiles. It has a chimney, but it pulls very badly filling the entire smoke shelter, so its use is not recommended.
