The Rabadá Navarro Refuge is located in the foothills of the Javalambre Peak, at an altitude of 1,520 m, in the heart of the Sierra de Javalambre, one of the most attractive of the Iberian System of Teruel.
The sporting possibilities of the same one took to the extension and adecuación to saved refuge of an old cabin. It was already later when the need was felt to extend this guarded refuge, which had about 50 seats, and adapt it to current regulations. That process culminated in the current Rabadá-Navarro refuge.
It should be noted that the recent expansions of the Javalambre ski resort have brought this almost to the doors of the refuge.
