The refuge of tabernés is a refuge located at 1700 meters above sea level, accessible by car from the forest track that runs past San Juan de Plan.
To reach the refuge, follow the trail to the Virgen Blanca camp. A little further up, the track divides in two, take the track that goes straight, the one on the left. The other goes to Refugio de Biadós.
The refuge is located in the middle of green meadows with room to leave the cars.
It has two compartments, one with a fireplace and the other with a large table. EYE, aluminum roof, wet if it rains.
