Shelter - Refugio Vivac El Doctor

Description

From Granada take the A-92 to Fiñana.
Access by vehicle: Granada to Fiñana. From Fiñana there are 16 km of track to Collado Arenas.
Without vehicle: Granada to Fiñana you can use the public transport of the company AUTEDIA.
On foot: 1 hour to 1 hour and a half from Collado Arenas to the refuge. You will also arrive at a crossroads of 5 roads, from Fiñana. Attentive to the indications.
From Granada to Fiñana, you have access by train.
At the Doctor's refuge, it can be accessed from Fiñana, Huéneja and Dólar.
It is located in the Sierra Nevada National Park.

It is located in the Cabecera del rio Nacimiento. East slope of Cerro de las Culebrillas.
Bivouac shelter.
Water: Fuente Encañada and streams ten minutes from the refuge.
