The Ensagents Refuge is located in the Ensagents Valley, 2,425 meters above sea level, to the right of the Ensagents River.

It has 14 seats capacity. The Ensagents refuge was opened in 1981 and has two rooms: a small one for shepherds with a fireplace. And another larger one with two tables, benches, metal bunk beds and wood stove. Outside there are barbecues and water two meters from the refuge. It is accessed by car from the Cortals d'Encamp and the Borda del Tresà. From there, follow the road to Brigal, which is very well marked (red marks), walk to the river and continue to the refuge. The duration of the walking tour is approximately 2 hours with a height of 480 meters. The level of ascension is easy. It is an unguarded refuge, which is open all year, although maintenance is usually done during the summer months (cleaning, firewood, first aid kit ...). The refuge area has coverage for mobile phone.
