The limits of this controlled camping area encompass a wide area near the tail of the Tranco reservoir, where a young Guadalquivir sees its waters retained. Its extensive facilities include a roofed dining room, barbecues, fountains and toilets, while black poplars and pines offer shade for the installation of tents.

Its location, in the nerve center of the visits to the park, allows to know the main facilities of the Natural Park Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. A few kilometers away are the botanical garden and Torre del Vinagre visitor center or one of the most attractive and well-known trails in the park, the Borosa River.
