Located in the eastern sector of Gredos in the cordal that separates the Iruelas Valley with the Castañar Valley from El Tiemblo.
It is accessed by a track that leaves to the right of the access road to Castañar and about 2kms before reaching the parking.
It has a single room, with a fireplace but without any furniture. Despite being a shelter whose construction should be relatively recent, there are enough painted on the walls and it is not very clean.
