Shelter - Refugio Silla de Oso

Description

From Santander take the Cantábrica-Meseta A-67 motorway where in Torrelavega it becomes the A-8 Cantábrico highway towards Cabezón de la Sal and at exit 244, continue until the village Herrera de Ibio, passing by Vilanueva de la peña, Riaño de ibio, Ibio, until you reach Herrera de Ibio, where you will take the path to the refuge of Silla de Oso.

It can also be reached from Coo, next to Los Corrales de Buelna, following the track that leads to Ibio, both sides indicated by signs. From Herrera de Ibio to the refuge, they are approximately 7 km.

It is easily accessible, shelter with two-slope roof, has a fireplace, interior table, and outdoor picnic.
