Shelter - Refugio Comaubaga

The refuge is to the left of the Valira del Norte orographic, next to the Coma Obaga torrent at 2,015 meters altitude.

It has capacity for 15 people. The refuge of Comaubaga, inaugurated in 1981, is a stone construction. It is equipped with bunk beds, fireplace and has a water fountain on the outside. There is mobile phone coverage about 100 meters below. It is an unguarded refuge, which is open all year, although maintenance is usually done during the summer months (cleaning, firewood, first aid kit ...). Access is by vehicle passing through the village of Llorts, towards the Serrat, 1 kilometer after the Puente de las Mines, where the car can be parked. From this point you must continue on foot, following the road of Farreres for approximately 2 hours uphill (570 meters of altitude). His level of difficulty is medium.
